Bead Anklet

We often have customers who want to personalise their bracelets. If you’d like to swap a metal bead for a coloured bead, or have any other design changes, please add this to the customisation field and we’ll make it exactly as you have in mind.

For example, you might say I want this bracelet with the initials YSC, with a purple bead next to the Y and a pink bead next to the C. We’ll make it exactly as you describe.

All our products are handmade to order, in our family studio in Mackay. We endeavour to send your items within 1 week of order, except for orders with our stamped discs.

We proudly collaborate with a reputable Brisbane jeweller who hand stamps the discs, then sends them to us for stringing onto our bracelets. Their turnaround time is approx. 2 weeks, therefore there is an approx. 3-week production time for our bracelets with discs. We will hold all items to send in one order unless you let us know otherwise.

As our products are made to your specific size requirements (please see here for how to measure your wrist), there may be slight differences in the exact number of metal beads on any given bracelet. We always stay true to the style shown, however small design changes may be necessary to match your custom sizing.

All our bracelets are hand strung on high quality jewellers stretch elastic. Please roll your bracelets on and off and do not pull on them. They may stretch out overtime and restringing is available for a small fee, plus return shipping costs.

To keep the lustre and shine of the metal, it is advised to keep away from water, lotions, and chemicals.

Our jewellery is made from either Sterling Silver, 14K Gold Filled, 14K Rose Gold Filled. To learn more about our silver and gold beads, please click here.

Our coloured beads are either crystal, glass, or plastic beads. Our pearl beads are Australian-sourced freshwater pearls.

We use the best quality materials to make your handmade jewellery items. The writing on the plastic letter will fade in time - this is normal wear and tear, so no returns or refunds are accepted for this reason. The painted letters do tend to maintain their finish longer than the metallic/foil letters.

Our jewellery is shipped via registered post, so you will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. Express Post is available, but this only rushes the postage, not the production time. If you have a rush order, please get in touch via our contact form and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

All orders are handmade to your exact sizing requirements. It is recommended to measure to ensure your anklet is made to the perfect size. To see how to measure please click here.
